Refund Policy
We strive to provide our customers with an exceptional member experience. For this reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on food and beverages to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, please contact us and we will be more than happy to refund you.
The Velvet Room will not provide refunds on membership dues for any reason. Membership cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 days before your monthly membership renewal date. By becoming a member of The Velvet Room, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms, conditions, rules, regulations, and policies provided on www.thevelvetroom.com.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to automatically forfeit and withdraw any claim(s) for refunds, reimbursements, payments, etc.
Eligibility
The Velvet Room requires all members and guests to be 21 years of age or older. By agreeing to these Terms of Service you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein.
Memberships
To guarantee your membership stays continuous with no interruptions of benefits, you have received a copy of the Code of Conduct and agree to adhere to all of The Velvet Room’s rules and regulations. The Velvet Room reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership privileges at any time or for any reason. You certify that the credit card and/or ACH provided for your membership services was legally issued to you and you agree to always keep valid and approved information on file with The Velvet Room. You acknowledge, understand, and agree to our membership terms, where memberships will automatically renew, and your card or bank will be automatically charged for dues monthly, no later than the 5th of each month. Failure to pay monthly dues by the 5th of each month may result in termination of membership privileges. You may cancel your membership at any time without a refund, with a written notice, delivered electronically or physically no less than 30 days prior to your membership renewal.
